This 1910s duplex is located in the trendy South West district of Montreal.

 

The ground floor is in very poor condition, everything needs to be redone, the walls, the floors, the electricity, the plumbing and the backyard.

Since it is a conversion, I will have a lot of points to respect in order to meet the rules of the city of Montreal, for example, keep all the balconies and the red brick.

 

For this project, my goal is to give a chic industrial look to the property.

 

It's a fairly young neighborhood, so I imagine that a new family will live there!

 

One of the great challenges of this property is the backyard, I want to create a beautiful intimate space where it will be pleasant to make the most of the outdoors, even in town!

 

This project will start on August 1st, 2020 and completed for January 2021.
