I started at the age of 24 when I bought my first condo. I did not buy it to live there, but to rent it on the airbnb platform. I furnished, renovated and managed two condominiums on the rental platform, for two years, until I realized that my real passion was design and renovations. So I bought a house to do a real estate flip. I fell in love with the process, the excitement of the progress of the work, the choice of materials, the results, the sale, in short!

I thus discovered a very important quality for this kind of renovations: being able to minimize costs and follow a budget, while having impressive results. Each new property is complex and is a big challenge for me. I am an expert in online shopping and excellent at following market trends.

During renovations with the aim of resale, the important thing is to keep the houses up to date, to create large open spaces, to follow market trends, but also to keep everything sober so that the property reaches the as many customers as possible. The choice of neighborhood is also very important to me, I definitely have a crush on the southwest and the areas near downtown Montreal since these are the ones that have the most potential for resale.
