The goal was to resell the property, the new colors chosen are sober and trendy.

White walls and pale gray ceramic lighten the rooms.

Natural maple hardwood adds a lot of character and warmth to the home. I also decided to revamp the now decorative old fireplace to keep the personality of this magnificent residence pleasantly furnishing the boudoir on the ground floor.

The large windows have all been changed, making each room very bright.

A lot of work has been done in the basement, the addition of a large bedroom, a full bathroom and a large family room testifies to this.
