This superb two-story condo dates from 2011.

I bought it in 2018, thus fulfilling my dream of starting out in real estate. I bought this condo for a specific purpose; rent it on the airbnb platform.

 

Between rue Sainte-Catherine and René-Lévesque, near all services, it was the ideal location for short-term rental. However, it was not exactly to my liking.

 

I wanted to give it a little youthful air by carrying out some renovations such as, sanding and varnishing the floors after having dyed them black, changing the window coverings, dyeing the vast gallery, changing the ceramic backsplash the kitchen as well as all the light fixtures.

 

I then furnished it so that I could offer short-term rentals.

 

After two great years of rental, I decided to put it on sale to focus on what I like most:

design renovation.
