Here are two nice little projects, the challenge: to give a youthful air to two rental apartments while respecting a pre-established budget. These two apartments needed to be refreshed in order to accommodate new tenants at a reasonable cost.

For the ground floor apartment, a good paint job was needed! Changing all the lighting, heating, vanity and faucets helped modernize the rooms. Sanding has also been done to restore the original shine to the beautiful hardwood floor.

For the basement apartment, a little more work was needed, we had to level the entire floor. A new kitchen, a new vanity and new light fixtures are helping to modernize this apartment. White was used for the ceramic floor, the cupboards and the paint on the walls to lighten the rooms since the windows are more limited in the basement.

These two apartments are now ready to welcome their new tenants!
